At Bordio, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes, our services might not align with everyone’s needs. Here’s our policy regarding refunds:
- Trial Period: All new users on Bordio are entitled to a trial period, during which they can explore and evaluate our platform’s features. No charges are applied during this period.
- Refund Requests: If after the trial, you subscribed to one of our plans and feel unsatisfied with the services, you can request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must make the request within 30 days of the subscription or purchase date.
- How to Request a Refund: Send your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the email address associated with your Bordio account, Organization name, a copy of your invoice or payment confirmation, and the reason for your refund request. This helps us understand your concerns better and work towards improving our platform.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, it will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
- Non-refundable Circumstances: Please note that if the subscription is used in violation of our Terms of Service or for purposes against our acceptable use policy, no refund will be granted. Additionally, no refunds will be provided after 30 days from the date of subscription or purchase.
- Changes to Subscription Plans: If you switch from a higher-priced plan to a lower-priced plan before the end of your billing period, the difference will not be refunded but will be adjusted in future billing cycles.
- Termination: If you choose to terminate or delete your Bordio account, no pro-rata refunds will be provided for any unused days in the billing period
We value our relationship with each user and aim to handle each request fairly and promptly. We urge users to contact our support team for any concerns or clarifications regarding billing before requesting a refund.
