What’s Coming Next
At Bordio, our product roadmap is shaped by the voices of our users. Every feature you see on the roadmap has been scheduled for development based on the number of requests we’ve received. Whether a feature is mentioned during a demo call or through a simple support inquiry, we make sure to add it to our backlog. Each subsequent request for the same feature acts as an upvote, helping us track its popularity and importance to our users.
This user-driven approach ensures that our development efforts are aligned with what matters most to you. Task keys
Expected release: October 2026
Finding and referring to the right task should be easy, especially as your projects grow.
With this update, each task will have a unique key, such as BRD-1, BRD-2, or BRD-3. These short identifiers will make it easier to reference tasks in conversations, tell similar tasks apart, and navigate to the work you need.
Brand-New Mobile App
Expected release: October 2026
Our existing mobile apps haven’t provided the experience we wanted. At times they were slow, occasionally crashed, and were missing some important features.
We’ve heard your feedback, and we’re building a completely new mobile app from the ground up to deliver a faster, more reliable, and feature-rich experience.
Time logged on events
Expected release: October 2026
Your team spends time on more than just tasks. Meetings and other events are part of the workday, too.
Currently, Reports only show time logged on tasks. With this update, you’ll also see time logged on events, giving you a more complete picture of how your team spends its time.
Task Filters
Expected release: November 2026
Do you need a way to filter tasks? You’re not alone—we all do! With filters, you’ll be able to quickly find what you’re looking for. For example, you could view:
- Only tasks assigned to John
- Only tasks with the status “In Progress”
- Only tasks with a due date earlier than 30 Jan 2025
- And much more.
Soon, finding the tasks you need will be easier than ever!
Report Sharing
Expected release: November 2026
Easily share specific reports with selected team members while keeping other reports private. Give access only where it’s needed.
Zapier integration
Expected release: November 2026
Your team uses more than one tool to get work done. Moving information between them manually takes time.
With our upcoming Zapier integration, you’ll be able to connect Bordio with other apps and automate repetitive work, giving your team more time to focus on what matters.
Task Dependencies & Relationships
Expected release: November 2026
Link tasks together to show relationships like “blocked by” or “related to”. Better organize workflows and clearly see how work depends on each other.
Project Time Logs
Expected release: December 2026
View all time logs across a project in one place. Sort, group, and export data to easily track work and share detailed reports with clients.
