Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a free trial for Organizations. You can create an Organization, invite your teammates, and use all premium features for 30 days. The trial can be activated only once. If you need more time to test our platform, please contact us at support@bordio.com.

What if I need to add more users?

It’s not a problem. You can add additional users or remove existing ones at any time. In this case the system will recalculate your payment amount and either charge for new users, or refund for removed ones.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without a penalty. We do not impose long-term obligations on you.

Will I be charged a VAT?

As long as our company is based in Latvia, which is part of European Union (EU), we are required to apply VAT tax on all Latvian customers, as well as on any other European Union customer, which doesn’t provide a valid VAT tax number. In case your company is located outside the EU or has a valid VAT number, we will not charge you the tax.

Can I download an invoice for my company?

Sure, all the invoices are generated automatically and contain the billing information you have provided. You can download the invoices at any time in the subscription section in the organization settings.

Do you offer discounts?

At this point our price is already super-low (only 5$ per user). Later, when we release more features, we will increase the price and make a special plan for non-profits and educational organizations.

What is the difference between Organization and My workspace?

My workspace is created to manage your private staff while Organization is designed to colloborate with your team. Organization has many features, that My workspace doesn’t. If you are looking for a way to increase your company’s productivity, than Organization the best chocie.

If I purchase organization subscription, does My workspace is upgraded as well?

Yes. As long as you organization subscription is active, your private workspace will be upgraded to Premium as well. However some features are available only in organization.
