Refund Policy

At Bordio, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes, our services might not align with everyone’s needs. Here’s our policy regarding refunds:
- Trial Period: All new users on Bordio are entitled to a trial period, during which they can explore and evaluate our platform’s features. No charges are applied during this period.
- Refund Requests: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within this period to be considered. Refunds are only available for first-time purchases and do not apply to subscription renewals or subsequent payments.
- How to Request a Refund: Send your refund request to support@bordio.com. Please provide the email address associated with your Bordio account, Organization name, a copy of your invoice or payment confirmation, and the reason for your refund request. This helps us understand your concerns better and work towards improving our platform.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, it will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
- Non-refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for any payments made after the initial 14-day period. This includes subscription renewals, repeat purchases, and any charges incurred after the first billing cycle. Additionally, no refunds will be granted if the service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Changes to Subscription Plans: If you switch from a higher-priced plan to a lower-priced plan before the end of your billing period, the difference will not be refunded but will be adjusted in future billing cycles.
- Termination: You may cancel your subscription or delete your Bordio account at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
We value our relationship with each user and aim to handle each request fairly and promptly. We urge users to contact our support team for any concerns or clarifications regarding billing before requesting a refund.
