Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a free trial for organizations. You can create an organization, invite your teammates, and use all premium features for 14 days. The trial can be activated only once. If you need more time to test our platform, please contact us at support@bordio.com.

What if I need to add more users?

No problem. You can add or remove users at any time. The system will recalculate your payment amount and either charge for new users or issue a refund for removed ones.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without a penalty. We do not impose long-term obligations.

Will I be charged VAT?

Since our company is based in Latvia, which is part of the European Union (EU), we are required to apply VAT tax on all Latvian customers, as well as on any other EU customers who do not provide a valid VAT number. If your company is located outside the EU or has a valid VAT number, we will not charge you the tax.

Can I download an invoice for my company?

Yes, all invoices are generated automatically and include the billing information you provided. You can download the invoices anytime in the subscription section of the organization settings.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we have a special offer for all new customers joining the platform.

What is the difference between Organization and My Workspace?

My Workspace is for managing your personal tasks, while Organization is designed for team collaboration. Organization has many features that My Workspace doesn’t. If you want to boost your company’s productivity, Organization is the best choice.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We use Stripe as our main payment processor, so we accept all major credit cards supported by Stripe.
