    What’s Coming Next

At Bordio, our product roadmap is shaped by the voices of our users. Every feature you see on the roadmap has been scheduled for development based on the number of requests we’ve received. Whether a feature is mentioned during a demo call or through a simple support inquiry, we make sure to add it to our backlog. Each subsequent request for the same feature acts as an upvote, helping us track its popularity and importance to our users.

This user-driven approach ensures that our development efforts are aligned with what matters most to you. By maintaining a list of features sorted by the number of user requests, we can prioritize those that have the greatest impact. Your feedback doesn’t just inform our decisions—it drives them, making Bordio a tool built around your needs and preferences. 🙂

    Task Export

    Expected release: April 2026

Many users requested a task export feature to be able to export their task lists to CSV or Excel formats.

We heard you—soon this will be possible with our new Task Export feature.

    Task Archive

    Expected release: April 2026

Have you ever deleted a task by mistake and then tried to get it back? You’re not alone. We received many requests from users asking to restore important tasks—and realized it’s a common need. That’s why we’re building a Task Archive, available right in the app, so you can easily recover tasks without stress.

    Guest Privacy Controls

    Expected release: May 2026

Control what project guests can see about your team members. Choose to show full details, hide emails, or display only roles to protect sensitive information.

    Public API

    Expected release: April 2026

You’ll soon be able to integrate Bordio with your own tools, automate workflows, and build custom solutions that perfectly fit your needs.
From syncing tasks to your internal systems to generating reports or connecting Bordio with other apps—our API will give you the power to do it all.

We’re starting with core endpoints (Projects, Tasks, Users) and will gradually expand based on your feedback.

Developer freedom is just around the corner.

    Task Filters

    Expected release: May 2026

Do you need a way to filter tasks? You’re not alone—we all do! With filters, you’ll be able to quickly find what you’re looking for. For example, you could view:

    • Only tasks assigned to John
    • Only tasks with the status “In Progress”
    • Only tasks with a due date earlier than 30 Jan 2025
    • And much more.

Soon, finding the tasks you need will be easier than ever!

    Report Sharing

    Expected release: May 2026

Easily share specific reports with selected team members while keeping other reports private. Give access only where it’s needed.

    Task Dependencies & Relationships

    Expected release: May 2026

Link tasks together to show relationships like “blocked by” or “related to”. Better organize workflows and clearly see how work depends on each other.

    Project Time Logs

    Expected release: June 2026

View all time logs across a project in one place. Sort, group, and export data to easily track work and share detailed reports with clients.
